Holt Executive is supporting a pioneering defence and aerospace contractor, delivering mission-critical technology and systems to customers on the land, sea, and air.

They are currently recruiting for a 23.5 hours per week part time **Office and Facilities Co-Ordinator** to join their fast-paced, innovative business in Plymouth.

This **Office and Facilities Co-Ordinator** is an exciting opportunity comprising of a variety of responsibilities such as welcoming visitors, booking meeting rooms, issuing passes and catering through to ensuring that buildings and services consistently meet the needs of the staff working in them.

Key Responsibilities for the **Office and Facilities Co-Ordinator**:

- Liaise with suppliers and organise annual service visits, Gas boiler, Intruder system and fire detection in all units and be accountable for services such as Heating, air con units, recycling and general waste.
- Organise contractors as required and liaise with the Maintenance company on all maintenance issues.
- Organising Company events and travel arrangements for staff as required, including flights, hotels, taxis, issuing travel itineraries.
- Managing stock levels for all consumables to include company issued clothing.
- Management of weekly Fire Alarm Checks, security call out team.
- Provide a word processing capability to the team, focussing on correct style and presentation in documents and updating documents as required with guidance from the team.
- Where appropriate, assist in HR tasks ensuring all information you have access to remains private and confidential and adhering to company’s procedures, policies, and goals.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations and guidelines are followed.
- Maintain all work-related documentation is kept accurate and up to date in accordance with BS EN9001.

Essential skills for the **Office and Facilities Co-Ordinator**:

- Excellent organisational, verbal, and written communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and produce work with a high level of accuracy.
- A flexible, conscientious, and diligent attitude.
- Excellent MS Word skills and attention to detail with documentation.

Due to the nature of our business, our staff need to be able to obtain UK Security Clearance as a mandated requirement. Therefore, you will need to provide proof of identity, employment history and right to work in the UK, along with proof of UK residency for at least five years.
