You will work within the Marketing Team and report to the Marketing Manager

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Take graphic design products from creation to print across a variety of media.
- To research, plan, design and maintain and execute various marketing communications and materials, including but not exclusive to Price Lists, brochures, leaflets, posters, social media posts, website banners and POS materials.
- Maintain the creative strategy and the effective development of visual brand identity, across all brands.
- To work with the Marketing Manager with regards to the creative strategy for each home brand, third party supplier brands within Davroc communications including the effective and ongoing development of the visual brand identities where relevant.
- Continuously deliver outstanding graphic design outcomes with novel ideas for imagery, layout and artwork.
- To proactively generate ideas and solutions for design briefs and artwork requirements across a variety of media.
- To liaise with and manage internal and external relationships with other departments, suppliers, print companies and design agencies where relevant.
- Keep up-to-date with trends and innovations in the industry, constantly striving for new ideas and practical solutions to role requirements.

**Key Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a professional creative role
- Excellent knowledge of **Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop**
- A portfolio demonstrating the above
- Demonstrate practical knowledge and experience of design work across a variety of media
- Have individual flair and deliver great ideas
- Develop creative assets using design briefs and within the constraints of cost and time
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
- Present finalised ideas and concepts to colleagues
- Work with a range of media and keep up-to-date with emerging technologies
- Proof reading of own work to ensure mínimal draft versions are created
- Show exceptional attention to detail and be organised enough to juggle projects, meet deadlines and work under your own initiative

In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed the jobholder is required to perform other duties assigned by a Manager from time to time. However, such other duties must be reasonable in relation to the employee’s skills and ability
