Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Utilize data entry skills to update and maintain customer records
- Analyze sales trends and make recommendations for product selection and pricing
- Conduct upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Bilingual skills are highly preferred
- Proven ability to upsell products or services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with phone etiquette best practices
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
**Salary**: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
