Architectural Technician

A long running architectural practice based in lovely surroundings in central Bath are looking for an Architectural Technician. They have 20 staff members working on conservation and contemporary projects with illustrious clients who return to them 'timeafter time'.
Working from planning stage onwards on hospitality and bespoke residential commissions you will produce high quality technical information and oversee work of junior team members. This enjoyable, varied role will see you attending site meetings and workingwith a broad consultancy team.
We are really interested to hear from good AutoCAD 'users' who have a sound understanding of the planning systems and building regulations. You will be able to run your own projects working to timeframes.
They have a very low turnover of staff and offer a brilliant working atmosphere with many nearby amenities and transport links. There is an attractive salary and benefits package awaiting you.
