**Position Overview**: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and learning experiences of students aged 5 - 11 years. Your responsibilities will include providing assistance to the classroom teacher, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. You will work closely with children of all abilities, demonstrating a genuine desire to make a difference in their educational journey.

**Key Responsibilities for Teaching Assistants in the UK Classroom (SEND Focus)**: In this role, you will work within a diverse and dynamic classroom setting, assisting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Responsibilities may include providing one-on-one support, adapting learning materials, implementing individualized education plans, and collaborating with the classroom teacher and other professionals to ensure each student's unique needs are met.
