Job Description: As a Wire Person, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, responsible for assembling, connecting, and attaching wires and electrical components to create finished products. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to quality will be vital in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine wire routing and connections
- Cut, strip, and terminate wires to the specified lengths and connect them to components, circuits, and panels
- Identify and troubleshoot wiring issues, such as short-circuits or loose connections
- Test and verify proper functionality of wired assemblies and components
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Provide input on process improvements and contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Wire Person or similar role in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Sound knowledge of electrical wiring techniques, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Familiarity with safety protocols and electrical codes/regulations
- Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
