At Cherish UK we are looking to recruit a _**Scheduler **_to support our office team in the production of staff rotas. You will work alongside the management team in developing efficient and sustainable rotas for our team of Support Workers across the North West.
- Creating and maintaining the rotas
- Adding on new packages of care and adapting the rotas accordingly
- Maintaining consistency and continuity of care for our clients
- Ensuring that client specific requirements are met and managed through the rotas
- Providing information to the HR department of current and future recruitment needs
- Working closely with the Registered Manager and Head of Care to the build the business and positive reputation of the company
- Has previous experience of working in a care setting in an administrative capacity
- Has experience of scheduling systems (Access People Planner or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail, and can organise their own time
- Tech literate
- Has a great client-focused manner
