We make award winning Italian ice cream in North Cumbria, using organic milk from our own herd of Jersey Fresian cows. Farmed responsibly using regenerative practices.

Your role in Keswick will be selling our amazing gelato through our shop on Lake road.

We are looking to fill several positions with flexible working hours.

We are looking to recruit an passionate group of scoopers with a focus on excellent customer service. We are proud of the product we make and hope you will share the same passion our customers have

Your duties will include;
- Serving gelato
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the ice cream counter and surrounding shop
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and upselling additional products - Working with the shop manager to help promote the brand to customers.

No experience serving ice cream is required as all training will be provided.

However any previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred to ensure a good understanding of food safety guidelines.

Please note that this position will require standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 5 KG's.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

Expected hours: 5 - 24 per week
