Senior Acquisition Surveyor

VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a leading Telecoms company looking to build out new regional office in N.Ireland with the Recruitment of a **Senior Aquisition Surveyor** for their **Carryduff** or **Omagh** Office.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review lease documents to ascertain rights, basis of occupation etc.
- Organise and attend site surveys.
- Negotiate an acceptable agreement between the site owner(s) of selected site(s) and the client, including where applicable the necessary wayleave/easements. Where consensual agreement is not possible follow and adhere to client and statutory processes for obtaining rights.
- Update and submit client and internal reports and systems.
- Develop internal inter disciplinary relationship.
- Develop client relationship at a project level.
- Comply with HSQE Policies.
- Assist, help and train junior members of teams as requires and any other duties that the company may reasonably determine from time to time

**Salary**: £40,559.37-£50,507.86 per year
