ABP is seeking a dedicated and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our Head Office team in Covent Garden in London, ABP’s primary base for our CEO and Senior Leadership Team. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive impression of our company.

**Accountabilities**
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls using 8 x 8 telephony system.
- Organising and maintaining a sleek reception area
- Responsible for maintaining day-to-day office security and communicating with main building reception/security as needed
- Greeting visitors to Head Office professionally/offering assistance with coats/bags/announcements
- Manage visitor name submission for visitor badges via internal form. Create visitor badges with current software
- Ensure visitors are aware of fire procedures within the building
- Create new company ID badges, via internal systems and ensure that all leavers are removed from the system.
- Liaise with main building reception to create new building access passes
- Point of contact for the booking of taxis, couriers, meeting rooms and lunches
- SAP Purchasing - PO Requisitions, receipts, P-Cards and voucher purchases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Front of House processes

**Skills, experiences, qualifications and competencies**

**Essential**
- Several years’ experience as a corporate office receptionist with flexibility to assist with occasional corporate events, hosted in the office, outside of core working hours.
- Suitably presented for a corporate head office environment and courteous telephone manner
- Confident, discreet, unflappable self-starter
- Organised, adaptable, detail orientated, capable of prioritising and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent time management and numeracy skills
- Ability to spot and deal with potential issues before they become problems
- Strong customer service ethos. Positive, helpful demeanour
- Contribute positively as part of a team with a focus on continuous improvement
- Fluent English speaker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent English language skills

This is an office based role Monday - Friday 0800-1700 with an unpaid 1 hour lunch break and 2 x 15 minute breaks in the morning and afternoon. A uniform will also be provided for the role.
