- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with computerized office systems and procedures
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred
- Knowledge of Xero
