We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Global Head of FX

In this role, you will:

- Accelerate Global FX revenue growth through execution of our Client, Market and Proposition focused roadmap + commercialization strategy
- Define, lead and execute WPB FX strategy and achieve WPB Exco approval
- Lead the FX value stream and ensure all initiatives are executed on time and budget
- Execute market commercialization strategies and standardize them via the roll out of Global and Market FX2026 commercialisation plans, across the top 15 markets globally.
- Improve customer journeys, proposition innovation, pricing capabilities, pricing optimization and P&L management via working with Global client experience team, Segment management, channel management, WPB Market Product FX leads, Risk stewards and Data and Analytics team.
- Define and execute margin management guardrails and pricing guidelines for FX with the Markets, balancing margin optimization with competitive benchmarking, channel options, customer fair value and customer transparency elements in mind
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- Demonstrable knowledge of FX and Payments within a Markets, Retail Banking or Corporate Banking Product and distribution management domain, within multi geographies.
- expectation of significant experience
- Experience of product management and driving product change/transformation initiatives of new product innovation
- Strong experience developing solutions and journeys to meet customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to grow and drive a business, revenue, balances, sales volumes
- Meet the requirement of leadership capability for role including values level

The base location for this role is HK or UK. This role will have hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in a week in the office.
