- 9+ years of experience
- Bachelors/Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Sales/Marketing, Engineering or related area is preferred
- Experience and demonstrable success welling Lending platforms to banks and a master of the complex sale
- Experience selling lending offshoring / outsourcing services to decision makers within North American or European Financial Services is preferred
- Hunter DNA: ambition, sense of urgency, confidence, perseverance, optimism, resilience, and the ability and desire to influence others
- Understanding the different stages of sales activity like creation of sales leads, qualifying prospects, transactions etc. and ability to move from one stage to another
- Ability to influence key decision makers during the full life cycle of the sales process
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills as well as outstanding client relationship management experience
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions
- Experience in leading sales efforts, proposal development and closing deals
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and high attention to detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Acuity Knowledge Partners is looking for an experienced Lending Services Sales Specialist based in London. This role is to bolster our go to market and sales focus on Acuity’s Lending Services propositions. You must possess a good track-record of originating, qualifying and closing deals in Commercial banking organizations.
- To be successful in this role you should have good knowledge of the financial services landscape, be a **strong sales hunter** and have developed strong client relationships. Prior experience having sold into the European Banking & Lending landscape is a pre-requisite. Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and strong negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to build and establish long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Track record of interacting and building relationships.
- Hunt and run high quality Enterprise sales cycles within commercial banks and act as a specialist working with the broader financial services sales team:

- Identifying and initiating new sales opportunities by prospecting new clients independently and in partnership with generalist sales team
- Cross selling Acuity’s lending services capability to existing clients with existing relationship managers
- Leveraging existing client relationships and networks to generate commercial interest.
- Work with and coach generalist sales force in lending sales and assist or lead such sales by agreement
- Qualification and generating demand at clients and prospects.
- Creating compelling value propositions mapped to client business needs.
- Negotiating and closing complex agreements.
- Assigned quota to be achieved through successful sales closure at existing clients and new logo acquisition
- Commercial Lending Spreading
- Underwriting of commercial loans
- Lending Portfolio management
- Lending collateral and covenant services
- Lending Operations
- Credit and risk groups
- Implementation services and Knowledge of Platforms and optimisation of lending platforms. E.g. Ncino, Moodys Credit Lend/Risk Analyst, FIS Lending services, Closer etc
- Data Analytics, BI & Technology support in commercial lending groups
- Pitch to the C-Suite of banks and in particularly COO’s, Head of Lending, Head of Lending Transformation, Heads of Credit, other CXO level Executives to build a broad vision of Acuity capabilities and associated benefits.
- Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline information to management.
- Meet established revenue targets, while creating new and enhanced customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Position requires travel.
