**Role Overview**:
As a Quotations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our customer engagement process, ensuring accurate and timely quotation management. With a high volume of quotes generated, you will be at the heart of our sales operations, collaborating closely with internal teams and customers to meet their needs effectively.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Efficiently manage the end-to-end quotation process, from inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships to understand their unique requirements.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in lighting solutions to interpret and respond to quotation queries effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales force, bid team, lighting designers, technical support & customer services.
- Monitor and track quotation status, following up on outstanding quotes and proactively resolving any issues.
- Continuously identify process improvements to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

**What we are looking for**:

- Prior experience in a quotations or sales support role from a call centre environment or similar.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and address customer needs effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of quotations and meet deadlines.
- Technical aptitude to understand lighting products and solutions, enabling accurate interpretation of customer queries.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in quotation creation and management.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems.
