We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Design & Management Advisor to join our new Health & Safety team based in Eltham with a potential for hybrid working. You’ll work on a wide range of projects, including national refurbishment and new build schemes across residential, education, health, care, commercial and blue light sectors.

Monday - Friday

09:00am - 17:00pm

Perm Contract

Salary between £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

**Responsibilities include**:

- Carrying out site inspections, audits, advice, monitoring of key gateways and information including risk & method statements, Operations &Maintenance and Health & Safety file.
- Working on RIBA stages 1-6.
- Work alongside the Head of Construction Design & Management, under our ISO 9001 Quality Management System to assist clients to manage health and safety risks by delivering a bespoke service.
- Demonstration of Health & Safety skills and knowledge
- 5+ years industry experience
- Health and Safety professional qualification such as:

- Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health - IOSH
- Member of the Association of Project Safety - APS
- NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health & Safety
- International Institute of Risk and Safety Management - IIRSM.
