Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Logistics Coordinator and Administrator for a well-established company in BIRMINGHAM

- Demonstrable experience of working in the insurance industry, or building contractor management.

**About the role**:

- Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
- £25,000-£40,000 per annum.
- Planning and organising technician's diary based on availability and skill requirements.
- Booking in new jobs in a timing manner keeping to SLAs
- Making sure all jobs have accurate notes and updated correctly.
- Provide administrative support for operations team.
- Inbound and outbound phone calls with suppliers, contractors, and surveyors
- Organising and liaising with waste disposal companies arranging collection
- Providing Surveyors, Policy holders and the claims teams advice and information regarding our visits.
- Update TCS Claims system with changes to the claim.
- Reviewing Jobs and making sure revisits are booked with all the relevant information.
