The Transformation Governance & Oversight (TGO) team is part of the Chief Transformation Office and plays a vital role in monitoring and supporting the delivery of Deutsche Bank’s most critical Change programs. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Oversight and Enablement within TGO, you will be responsible for monitoring the delivery of a subset of key deliverables (KD) programs. This role involves providing independent review and challenge on delivery performance, including progress tacking against cost savings, revenues, and regulatory commitments, as well as ensuring adherence to the Change Governance Framework.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Provision of timely and accurate information to support Group Operating Committee (GOC) and Management Board discussion on KD portfolio performance
- Regular review and challenge to the KD on:

- Red Amber Green (RAG) status, ensuring that this reflects latest guidance and is accurate reflection of status
- Milestone management - appropriate use of ExCo milestone flag and ensuring consistency of plans
- Dependency identification and management
- Change Requests - ensuring that these are appropriately raised and properly impact assessed
- Tracking of cost save targets commitments, highlighting any potential deviation from plan
- Monthly attendance at the KD Steering Committee and presentation of key discussions points and initiative health
- Support the Change Manager with the escalation of any risks and issues/decisions needed via GOC. Inform Change Manager of key decisions reached at GOC, or any requested follow ups

**Your skills and experience**
- Extensive experience in the financial services industry in portfolio management/Project Management Office (PMO) roles, including experience with PMO methodologies and frameworks
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong numeracy skills
- Ability to interface with senior management as needed
- Ability to analyse program/portfolio Management Information (MI) and interpret key thematic risks/issues
