We are looking for experienced consultants with experience of DfMA and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC)

You will be driving delivery and growth by working as part of a local team and helping to harness our national capability by focusing our growing capability.

Our teams are already responsible for delivering a huge number of construction projects from inception to completion for both Public and Private clients and growing our MMC capability is key to increasing our market share, delivering the Net Zero agenda and moving our industry forward.

This opportunity will see you join our national team to shape and refine our DfMA and MMC strategy supporting its continued growth. We are making an ambitious commitment to supporting adoption of DfMA across our whole Built Environment business.

We are planning to create many new DfMA and MMC related roles during 2023 and they will encompass the following;
Examples of job titles:
Lean Practitioner, MMC Designer, MMC Practitioner, Quantity Surveyor, Revit Expert.
- Building capability within the Business
- Refining our external facing offer to our clients
- Linking with complementary work streams to maximise the aggregated potential of our business.
- Helping our business to transform to fully embrace the opportunities of MMC and share that potential with our clients.
- Development of the MMC knowledge hub

LI-CR1
- Relevant chartered status
- Experience of working in a manufacturing and process driven (construction) environment
- Experience of various forms of DfMA, such as standardised Platforms / Modular delivery,
- Experience and understanding in quantifying and measuring the effects and benefits of DfMA and MMC.
- A working knowledge and appreciation of data analysis and visualisation to compliment DfMA delivery, such as but not limited to, PMV.
- Enthusiasm to become involved in and support wider initiatives within Mott MacDonald
- Willingness to support in the sale and projection of MMC services to clients
