THE ROLE:
The highly rated construction team of this ambitious practice is looking to recruit an experienced Construction Lawyer into their growing team. The team has a wealth of experience covering the broad remit of construction law including acting for both publicand private sector clients. The team deals with both contentious and non-contentious construction matters including standard form contracts, arbitration, adjudication and advising on bespoke forms of contract. A superb opportunity to work on major and complextransactions and join a successful team with a strong reputation.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Construction Lawyers with at least 2 years’ experience in dealing with their own caseload of construction related matters. You will have gained relevant experience within a reputable regional or national practice recognised fortheir construction offerings. Ideal Construction Lawyers will have experience of dealing with non-contentious and contentious construction related matters. You will have a strong working knowledge of main standard form contracts and experience of arbitration/ litigation.
