Our client is seeking multiple Production Operatives to work within their growing Manufacturing team in Portadown. The Production Operatives will utilise their Production experience and strong attention-to-detail and will work within a team to ensure each items is produced to the highest quality possible.

The Production Operatives will:

- assemble and manufacture products according to established procedures and guidelines;
- carry out brazing, wiring, and mechanical assembly duties;
- perform quality checks;
- ensure all products meet stringent quality standards;
- maintain a clean and organised work area;
- adhere to health & safety guidelines;
- collaborate with cross-functional teams; and
- contribute to a positive team environment by actively engaging in team meetings.
- prior experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment;
- knowledge of electrical and mechanical processes;
- excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately;
- a 'team player' mindset;
- excellent communication skills;
- the ability and desire to work on site in Portadown daily; and
- the flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.

This is a full-time role which will begin on a temporary basis working through Brook Street (UK) Ltd with a view to becoming a full-time, permanent member of our clients team within a short period of time e.g. 12-to-16 weeks.

The rate of pay for these roles is £12.10 per hour. The shifts will be morning, afternoon, and evening. At present, there aren't any night shifts in this site.
