Cladding Installer

SCF are a specialist contractor focusing on Roofing and Cladding Works throughout the UK. In line with the current Government focus on ReClad Works to ensure the safety of the UKs residential building stock from fire, we provide a full service from intrusive construction survey to tender and construction works.

SCF have a wealth of experience within Rainscreen Facade Systems, Metal Standing Seam Roof Systems and Single Polymeric, Felt and Liquid Applied Roof Systems.

**Responsibilities**:
Carry out and complete the Remedial Works to Window Pod Fixings and Structural Framing System (SFS) works including;
- Strip existing EPDM
- Strip Existing CP Board
- Remove Quilt insulation
- Alterations to strengthen existing SFS Framing
- Install New Loose insulation
- Install New CP Board
- Install new EMDM
- Install additional fixings to Aluminium Window surround and Substrate.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: £180.00-£220.00 per day

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salford, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Drylining: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS Card (required)

Work Location: One location
