**Position: Office Administrator**
**Salary: £22,000**
**Location: Cardiff**
We are currently working with a family run business that has been operating for over 25 years. They operate as a training and accreditation company within Fire Protection & Safety. Due to an increase in business, they are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their small but busy team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ordering materials for site/stores as required using Sage50
- Responding to client enquiries and liaising with the Project Managers
- Preparing quotes for clients and chasing for feedback
- Answering incoming calls
**Office Hours**:
- Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
**Experience Required**:
- Sage50
- Administration
