Based at our Stafford HQ this role will operate across the group. This role is offered on a part time basis 24 hours per week, hours worked are flexible and can be arranged to fit with school hours.

**The Role**

This is an outstanding opportunity for an Office & HR Administrator to join at a time of significant growth. As the business scales, we are looking for new doers, collaborators and innovators to join in uniting the people and technology that move the world as the market leader in their space.

The Office & HR Administrator will organize and co-ordinate office administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Ultimately, the Office & HR Administrator ensures the smooth running of the office and helps to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the onboarding process for new starters, including issuing offer letters, contracts and updating the HR systemMaintain HR policies, as and when required
- Be the ‘face’ of Moot welcoming and providing support and refreshments to on-site visitors and guests
- Serve as the point of contact for general duties duties including: Maintenance, Mailing, Suppliers, Equipment, Bills, Errands, Shopping
- Assist the Operations Manager with any Health & Safety compliance activities such as fire drills and maintenance logs
- Order stationery, supplies and adhoc equipment for site
- Maintain HR policies, as and when required
- Be the ‘face’ of Moot welcoming and providing support and refreshments to on-site visitors and guests
- Point of contact for employee queries regarding office management issues
- Organize the office layout, operations and procedures
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Co-ordinate with Finance and IT on all office equipment and health & safety audits (e.g. desks, chairs)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
- Assistant with planning and executing in-house / off-site activities, e.g. social events.
- Support with internal and external charity and fundraising activities
- Support the wider business with day-to-day activities as required

**Experience and Skills Required**
- Proven experience in a similar role such as an Office Manager or Admin Assistant.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Previous experience of HR administration and systems is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite packages
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. printers)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast paced environment
- A creative mind, with the ability to suggest improvements

Salary £24,000 - £26,000 pro rata, DOE

This role is office based in Stafford, ST16.
