**Job Description**:
Part Time Customer Service Administrator
Hybrid working
24 hours per week
£12.42 per hour
Wednesday - Saturday, 4pm - 10pm

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Part Time Customer Service Administrator to join a leading Logistics company in their Head office based in Chineham Basingstoke. This is an ongoing temporary position working Wednesday to Saturday 4pm - 10pm
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator:

- Logging queries on the companies CRM system
- Completing specific trackers and performance reports
- Collate information and update business system

Requirements for this position:

- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Confident speaking over the phone
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages

This position is working 4pm - 10pm, Wednesday to Saturday. Our client is paying £12.42 per hour and the position is likely to run for up to 4 months.
