Machine Setter

**Title: Machine Setter / Line Setter**

**The Best Connection have an exciting new opportunity available in Warrington**

Due to a huge increase in work, our client, a leading supplier of Medical Supplies is looking to recruit an experienced machine setter to work in their busy distribution centre.

**The daily tasks will include**:

- Setting and operating packing line machinery
- Responsible for keeping set up changes up to date and recording amendments as per the change request procedure.
- Communicating effectively with informing them immediately of any issues that may affect productivity and/or quality.
- Completing pre-start up checks.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the production/ packing areas.
- Checking and completing quality related paperwork and undertaking quality checks.

**Essential criteria**:

- Previous experience in setting machinery (Minimum 1 year)

The working hours are 1400 - 2200 Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to work additional hours.

An immediate start is available after successful interview, this is long term / ongoing work, and could well lead to full time after a successful qualifying period.
