Head Bartender

Peppermint is a stylish and fun cocktail bar, serving up creative cocktails, delicious food, warm hospitality, drinks packages, VIP bookings and two DJs over two floors.

**The Role**

Your role as Head Bartender is to supervise, support and coordinate the bar team. As Head Bartender you will be responsible for introducing new products, testing new recipes, ensuring that beverages are stored properly and maintaining supplies. This role requires a proactive attitude and great attention to detail to ensure your team are performing to their full potential and in line with company expectations.

**Your Responsibilities**

Senior bartender role +
- Lead by example

Score minimum 85% on cocktail spec tests

Deal with customer complaints to ensure mínimal negative impact on the business
- Introduce all new products in the venue

All products available at all times

Staff cocktail spec test pass rate but be above 80%
- Organise Mise-en-place

Score 100% compliance on Alert65
- Ensure the bar is kept in order and setup and close downs are managed effectively

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Swansea: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (required)
