**The role?**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy recruitment team in Aberdeen. Due to maternity leave in the team, we are looking to employ someone on a fixed term basis for approximately 11 months, reporting to the Senior Recruitment Business Partner. You may be an experienced Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator or equally this is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in a growing company. Main duties and responsibilities would include:

- Responsible for weekly collation and issue of the recruitment report and metrics
- Weekly collation and issue of internal vacancy bulletin
- Manage job postings and liaise with job boards to post advertisements
- Manage the internal referrals process and ensure the process is followed in line with the referral policy
- Responsible for daily checking, responding and on passing of information where appropriate from the Recruitment Inbox
- Processing of invoices and raising POs

**You are?**
To be successful for this position some previous administration experience would be useful but not essential, and ideally you will be a competent user of Microsoft office packages. You ideally will be able to demonstrate dealing effectively with conflicting demands and priorities. This role will be working in a fast paced environment so being able to use your own initiative and manage your own time is crucial. You will hold strong interpersonal skills as you will be expected to be dealing with different people every day. You will have confidence in speaking to people over the phone and face to face and not be afraid to challenge fixed assumptions. You should be proactive, motivated and someone who will look to suggest improvements.
