**About You**

You're an inspiring and motivating leader who strives to set and maintain high standards. You are qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, or you are currently working towards the qualification. You work on your own initiative to manage problems and have the confidence to challenge and raise issues.
You're meticulous when it comes to updating paperwork - in terms of resident records. Naturally, you're a caring person, and the kind who notices the little things that make a big difference to other people.

**Seacroft Grange Care Village **is a beautiful care home in a fantastic location, within the heart of the local community. We offer residential and dementia care, as well as respite breaks.
