Anglian Demolition and Asbestos Limited based in Attleborough, Norfolk, are currently looking to appoint an Asbestos Removal specialist to work within the Contracting Group services supporting project work across East Anglia.

As an Asbestos Removal Supervisor you will be required to support with the management of site teams, conduct site set up and ensure the management of safe abatement of asbestos-containing materials according to the method statement and scope of works. Supervisors will assist the Contract Managers to complete the works on time and to budget as well as safely, according to all regulatory requirements and with all relevant documentation accurately completed. Supervisors will also as part of this role be part of the Contracting activities (Demolition and Earthworks) providing overall support to other group services providing supervisory support as needed.

**Role Requirements**
- A minimum of two years experience as a qualified Supervisor.
- Industry based asbestos qualifications ACAD/ARMI/ARCA/CSCS at Supervisor level, SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)
- Excellent knowledge of current H+S and asbestos regulations.
- Qualification in BOHS P402 or equivalent qualification (desirable)
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Good IT skills.
- Friendly, calm and professional manner.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change.
- Shows management & leadership qualities.
- Ability to develop relationships with clients & HSE.
- Work effectively as part of a team and as an individual.
- Demonstrate commitment to TNA and development of team members.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle pressure and excellent time-management skills.
- Effective communication with Contracts Managers.

**Hours** are 47.5 per week (site hours 7:30am -5:00pm) Monday-Friday
