**Location**:Billingshurst, West Sussex, RH14 9EZ (Office Based Role)

**Salary**: £28,000 per annum plus bonus

**Job type**: Full Time, Permanent

**Reporting to**: Purchasing Manager

BPH Attachments Ltd are a fast-growing and pro-active, multi-million pound family business. We are one of the UK's most respected suppliers of high-quality hydraulic excavator attachments for sale or hire, serving customers across a wide range of industry.

**Key Duties**:

- Buying of consumable items and parts to support maintenance, repair and overhaul activities
- Responding to purchase requests
- Responsible for purchase order from placement to receipt
- Negotiating best value in all transactions
- Building and maintaining relationships internally and externally
- Working cohesively with different functions on special purchase requirements
- Updating and maintaining online catalogues
- Updating and maintaining Excel Spreadsheets

- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Team player with the ability to use own initiative
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Basic Excel user level, Intermediate level ideally
- Able to self-motivate and take ownership of their job role
