**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers and take orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea & specialty drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee lounge, including the service area, seating area, and restroom
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee/tea station
- Confidently operate coffee machine and other kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and coffee lounge
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties
- Assist with food preparation and plating

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Willingness to learn
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cooking methods (Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety would be advantageous)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of our ‘First Class’ ethos
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to use initiative when working as part of a team and also independently
- High professional standards and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working as part of an all-female team
- Available to work Fridays & Saturdays (essential)
- Flexibility

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 1-12 months

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
