** Perfect for college/university student looking for part time work**

We are looking for a sales representative to join our company covering telephone, live chat and face-to-face customer service roles. Your main role within the company will be taking enquiries from customers seeking product advice, order updates & delivery estimates. You will also be responsible for meeting and greeting customers in our showroom along with carrying out administration work for the online side of our business. Full training will be provided for all aspects of the job role.

You will be based in a welcoming and modern showroom/office space, allowing for hands-on experience with the products we sell.

StovesAreUs are UK leaders in the retail heating industry, offering a nationwide delivery service across a wide range of fireplaces, woodburning, multifuel, gas and electric stoves along with built-in gas/electric fires, BBQ's, outdoor furniture sets & a wide range of range cooking appliances.

You will join a tight-knit, hard-working & friendly team who all work together to provide a Trustpilot worthy 5 star customer service experience.

Working hours are:
Saturday 9AM-4PM

Sundays 11AM-3PM

Week day working hours available, can be discussed during interview

**Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Basic computer skills
- Enthusiastic and motivated to do well
- Excellent punctuality and timekeeping
- Good grammar skills
- Cool-tempered and able to resolve issues
- Excellent customer service skills & telephone manner
- **Interviews can be held face-to-face or over zoom.**

Working hours:
11 hours per week (minimum)

**Job Types**: Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: To meet minimum wage for age, however pay will be negotiable and can be discussed during interview.

Schedule:

- Weekend availability required
