**2+ years of prior experience in the property industry with 1+ years valuing experience is needed for this role, however we’ll give you all the additional training you need.**

**Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (with commissions)**

**Benefits**: Flexible working hours & Car allowance. Early Finish Fridays - working hours on a Friday at 9:00 until 16:30

**Hours**: Tuesday to Saturday 40 hours per week OR Monday to Friday plus 1 in 2 Saturdays.

**Targets**:New listings & upselling

**Required**: Full Driving Licence, Access to your own vehicle for work use, 2+ years of prior experience in the property industry, 1+ years valuing experience.

**Area**: Valuations will be in South Yorkshire (Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster & Sheffield)

**Office locations**: Leeds & Rotherham.

**What you will be doing**

As a Valuer, your focus will be to continue the growth of newly listed properties across Sales, Residential Lettings and Student Lettings. This will include conduction valuations, winning instructions and bringing new properties to market.
- Liaising with Vendors and Prospective buyers
- Booking and chasing up valuations
- Cross selling financial services and solicitor referrals
- Identifying opportunities for new business
- Prospecting for new business
