Support the Sales Progression Manager in achieving sales and completion targets set by the business providing the highest quality of customer service
- Progressing reservations for both purchase and rental through to a successful completion/tenancy commencement by liaising with both our solicitors and our customers solicitors, an external asset manager (The New Homes Group), estate agents, site-based Sales Consultants and our internal Part Exchange and Multi Tenure Teams
- Managing and updating reports to ensure the current position of chains is fully visible to management team as well as weekly forecasting of transactions
- Monitor and track bookings for removals in relation to anticipated completion dates
- Liaise with and support internal colleagues, departments and external parties
**About You**
- An understanding of the property market and the conveyancing process
- Good working knowledge of and ability to produce documents for internal and external use using Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to manage administrative responsibilities with strong attention to detail and good organisational ability
- Good customer service skills and able to deal professionally with both internal and external customers
- Ideally previous experience of working in a sales environment as well
- It would be advantageous if you have previous estate agency or asset management experience
**Benefits**
- Sales Commission - OTE £32k to £34k
- Monday to Friday, no weekend working
