As an Mx Director, you are the guardians of our work, and responsible for leading best-in-class planning, fuelled by our Mx Planning System and its subsequent delivery to clients.

We also launched a dedicated B2B division, Havas Business, to help clients seize on the huge opportunity of B2B marketing for clients.
- We successfully won 16 new clients and retained a further 5, including BBC, Matalan, British Red Cross, Bumble, Bethesda and Dr Marten. We have also recently won a number of industry awards, Beer and Pub Association IPA Effectiveness Silver, BBC Outdoor Media awards Brand Building (Gold), Domino’s Outdoor Media awards Cross Format (Gold), Maersk Grand Prix for Effectiveness with WARC and Kia, Best Use of Search in the UK Search awards. The Role
- Mx Associate Director: Mx stands for Media Experience and Mx roles are core to taking us back to the craft of media. - This role is to work across both Kia and Shell
- Shell:

- Shell is a very recent global win for Havas Media Network, we successfully transition the account from Jan 2024.
- Shell plc strategy is to profitably transition to become a net-zero emissions energy business by 2050. Shell's purpose is to power progress together by providing more and cleaner energy solutions. People in the UK see Shell as a fossil fuel company and don’t realise the scale of its investment in cleaner energies, nor fully appreciate how important Shell is in providing the energy we all need for our lives today. Our focus at Havas is to increase trust and understanding of the brand, whilst supporting their core services such as Quality Fuels, Convenience Retail and EV.
- Kia:

- Kia are the success story of the UK automotive industry over the last 10 years, rising from a small Korean challenger brand to outselling some of the established monoliths of the category and becoming a top 5 brand,.
- However the entire industry is entering a period of change, government legislation declares that as of 2035 petrol and diesel car sales are prohibited in the UK, as manufacturers pivot to a focus on Electric vehicles. All in, this puts Kia in a superb position, riding the momentum of the last 10 years, already having market leading electric product and an ambitious product pipeline coming, Kia are primed for success, but we need to develop ambitious and progressive plans to ensure we lead the industry and
