Independence Capital are a hybrid investor-advisor specialising in management-led transactions.

**Role**

As a result of ongoing growth Independence are seeking to broaden their team by adding emerging talent. The role is an entry-level role which will give a breadth of experience including:

- Administrative support of Analysts and Directors
- Supporting research activities
- Supporting engagement with prospective investors (from high-net-worths/family office to institutional and public)
- Supporting engagement with prospective lenders (from high street to credit funds to family offices)
- Supporting engagement with the professional services community (for instance lawyers and accountants)
- Supporting clients/portfolio companies with buy-side work and planning for future acquisitions
- Supporting clients/portfolio companies with growth/sell-side work planning for impending/a future exit
- Supporting the business in its recruitment, networking and marketing activities
- Engaging with suppliers of the business generally

A passion, curiosity and interest in finance, markets, M&A is preferred for obvious reasons and being able to articulate why this is of interest and how it has manifested in your life so far is important

A degree (of any kind, let alone law or accountancy) is not required to apply

A technical qualification is not required to apply
