We are a facilities management company based in Chester. We supply cleaning, caretaking and site management as well as maintenance services to both the private and public sector clients across the North-West.

A position has arisen for a high school in the Wirral for a Caretaker, working 52 weeks per year 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

This is a salaried position with a yearly wage of £24,496 per year. Initially, you will be employed by Nirvana Managed Services and after a successful 3 month probationary period you will be transferred to the school under their terms and conditions which include a 23% pension scheme.

The suitable applicant will have previous caretaking experience and would be ideal if they have a trade to they can carry out repairs etc within the school. Other duties include, opening, closing, water & fire alarm testing, co-ordination and meeting contractors.
