Arcade Supervisor

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise a team of employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to staff, promoting a positive work environment
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Train new employees on job duties, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is required
- Strong knowledge of Arcades principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Cash Handling and Floats

Pay: £11.44-£14.00 per hour
