**Responsibilities as our Kitchen Porter/Pot Washer** **will include**:

- Wash, polish and put away all crockery and cutlery
- Wash and maintain all the chef's equipment
- Ensure that all kitchen areas are cleaned to agreed company standards and schedules and that deep cleans are carried out

**Our Pot Wash** **will come equipped with the following qualities**:

- You will be hardworking and happy to take instruction from management
- You will take pride in working and maintaining our fantastically equipped kitchen
- You will be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and running efficiently
- You will be prepared to work weekends and evenings - it is hospitality
