Roofer

Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain Flat and Pitched roofs on residential and commercial buildings.
- Remove old roofing materials and properly dispose of them
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas
- Install or repair flashing, gutters, and downspouts
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety guidelines and building codes
- Clean up job sites and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored

**Skills**:

- Experience in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret job shhets.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions
- Excellent physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and precise installations
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate with clients
