**Scope of the Role**:
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Internal Communication & Office Support Coordinator, based in our London office. The purpose of the role is to provide support in the organisation & creation of different internal communication tools & events.

This role’s key responsibilities include:

- Support with the organisation & execution of different internal communication initiatives, such as monthly newsletters & townhalls, to encourage the UK employees to feel & act as one company
- Support our ‘Stay Connected’ engagement committees (Social & Wellbeing) with execution of different initiatives
- We also want you to take control of company events & activities (physical and virtual office support), in respect to venue sourcing, catering arrangements and much more

**Experience Required**:

- We are ideally seeking someone with **experience in creating internal communications** and preferably someone with **experience in event management** although this is not essential.
- To be successful in this role, you will have **strong project & time management **skills**, **excellent communication **skills** and be comfortable speaking to a range of different stakeholders whilst being **proficient in the use of all microsoft packages**.
- Ultimately, we are looking for someone who can roll their sleeves up and get the job done Someone who is **good at problem solving**, knows when to ask for guidance if needed and has the ability to motivate with energy and enthusiasm You will need to have the ability to work at pace with a constant willingness to learn.
