**Job Summary**:
We are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Administrator on a temporary basis, covering a period of transition in the company’s accounting system. The focus will be on Accounts Payable administration on the current system but there will also be an opportunity for involvement in a project to move from that system to SAP.

**Profile and Requirements**:

- Accurate processing of supplier invoices, approximately 400 per month
- Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies
- Following up on supplier queries
- Administering a finance mailbox
- Support a project to transition from the current Accounts Payable system to SAP

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
- A flexible approach to facilitate corporate deadlines
- Ability to work across different functions and locations
