Lodge Housekeeper

Cawdor Estate is a traditional Scottish Highland Estate in Nairnshire.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness across the portfolio including our sporting lodge, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for our guests and ensuring excellent presentation at all times. Maintenance of service areas, stocks and engagement with external contractors (including chefs) is a key part of the role This position is ideal for highly motivated individuals with experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Restock and maintain an inventory of supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance team
- Prepare for arrival of guests and other staff.
- Support other staff across the Estate.
- Maintain a high level of standards in the service area with detailed inventories and stock lists.
- Oversee guest stays and report to the Estate Office.
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and efficiently
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £21,500.00 per year
