- Assist in all areas of food preparation as needed
- Ensure food safety guidelines are strictly followed during food preparation and storage
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant or kitchen setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £8.41-£13.57 per hour
