Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with experienced teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students.
- Receive comprehensive training and guidance through our in-house TA School, ensuring you are well-equipped before entering the classroom.
- Provide valuable assistance to teachers and students, helping them achieve their educational goals.
- Gain hands-on experience and develop a thorough understanding of classroom dynamics and student needs.
- Benefit from our vast catalogue of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses, granting you access to ongoing learning opportunities throughout your role.
- Work closely with educators and support staff, contributing to the overall success of the school community.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for education and a strong desire to support young learners in their academic journey.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students, teachers, and colleagues effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in diverse classroom settings.
- Empathy and compassion towards students' well-being and educational progress.

Preferred (but not essential):

- Possession of a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
