We work with the world's biggest brands & companies to give them the competitive edge in the digital world of today.As a Cyber Skills facilitator you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a group of learners working towards the successful and timely achievement of their apprenticeship programme.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage, with some guidance, a targeted number of learners throughout their learning journey
- Support learners to overcome personal barriers to learning and professional skills. To identify learning styles and needs and develop Individual Learning Agreements (ILA)
- To liaise with QA and stakeholders on issues related to individual learners who have learning difficulties, disabilities or other issues that potentially impact TLA
- Ensure learners have clear objectives termly to support their timely progression.
**About you**:
- Excellent communication and coaching skills able to diagnose learner needs, be adaptive to their requirements
- Guide and influence issue resolution
- Strong planning and organising skills
- Ability to solve routine problems using experience and knowledge to overcome barriers
- Skilled in delivering motivational, balanced feedback
- Attention to detail with strong administrative skills Able to manage own time and prioritise appropriately Self-motivated with a customer centric focus.
