Freight Forwarder

Freight Forwarding company in Sheffield seeking an experienced Freight Forwarder/ Account manager to join our team.

Required to create and maintain good relationships with customers & suppliers whilst supporting the company in ensuring all aspects of export, import and operational administration are completed efficiently including quoting customers (dependant on the level of experience), solving problems with orders in a timely manner, responding to shipping queries, working with carriers and third-party service providers to ensure requirements and regulations are met. Ensuring all Export Procedures and Documentation are followed efficiently.

You should have strong sales / administrative and communication skills from an Import/Export/Freight/Shipping background.

Ideally, you will have your own customer account base, and salary reflective based on experience.

**Work remotely**:

- No (office based)

**Job Types**:Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**:£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year (dependent on the level of experience and suitability) - possibly higher for an experienced individual

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour normal working hours (1 hour for lunch)
- Monday to Friday, 9- 5 pm

**Experience**:

- Freight Forwarding experience with 3 years recent minimum

**Work Location**:
In person at our Sheffield-based office
