About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team on a casual contract as a Casual Retail Sales Advisor at our Chester store. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team.

**What will you be doing?**

This role is responsible for ensuring that the overall customer experience within the Liverpool Football Club Store is to the highest possible standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
- Till work including processing cash and card payments.
- Gaining and building upon Product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.
- Merchandising/display.
- Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
- Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.

**Who are we looking for?**

To be successful in this role, you will have previous retail and/or customer service experience, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. A retail and/or customer service qualifications would be advantageous. You will be able to work flexible hours.

This is a casual contract position, working variable hours across the week including evenings and weekends. Your main base will be our Chester Store.
