**Summary of the role**:
Join our team as a
**UI/UX Designer** and play a key role in shaping the future of our analytics offerings in the UK Banking sector. You'll collaborate with business teams, designing end-to-end user journeys within brand guidelines to effectively convey key messages. **As part of your duties, you will be responsible for**:

- Work with business/functional teams to understand user journeys and identify key messages required to be conveyed to facilitate offering the VCAS to their end-customers
- Design required end-to-end user journeys with focus on conveying key messages identified
- Work within Client’s brand guidelines

**Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role**:

- Experience in Financial services (preferably payments)
- Previous experience working in UK Banking domain is important
- Proven experience of working as a UI/UX Designer in Payment space of Banking
- Experience designing front end user journeys delivering non-simple messages to consumers
- Track record of excellent conversion from these journeys
- Capability to work within a corporate organisation’s brand guidelines
- UK banking experience preferred.
- Be able to guide the client with best practices
- Open to manage rapidly evolving business requirements
- Strong blend of technical & project management skills
- People skills including strong communication & stakeholder management.
