**About the role**:
We are looking to recruit youth workers who are able to use their passion for the outdoors to engage, develop and inspire young people to achieve a better future. You will be working on a one to one or group level with young people over an extended period of time to support them to address barriers that may be impacting on their ability to participate in learning, socialising and with their family.

As a key part of our Outdoor Learning Youth Support team, delivering nature-based learning at our outdoor learning centres in New Forest. You will support, develop and engage the children and young people you work with to develop their social and emotional capabilities, make informed life choices, improve mental health and wellbeing, develop new skills, engage positively in learning and with their local communities..

This position requires a dynamic, enthusiastic, and flexible person with experience of working with young people. You must have the ability to provide ongoing support for young people and be able to plan, run and monitor sessions.

**About you**:
We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic individuals who are committed to making a difference to the lives of children and young people. You will need to be flexible, creative, and caring and have previous experience of working with young people.

**Closing Date**:Wednesday 6th September

**Assessment date**:On arrangement

**Hours**:Full Time - 37.5 (part-time and term-time considered)

**Starting Salary**:£21,255 - £22,035
